The M365 Admin Portal is where customers manage applications, services, data, devices, and users across their Microsoft 365 services. I worked with the Commerce Team, focused on purchasing, licensing (keys), billing and payments.
The work on this team was focused on exploring the needs of small to medium sized business, specifically around presenting the information they needed when the most likely needed it during the lifecycle of their SAAS subscription. This entailed building UI prototypes, questionnaires, conducting on-site user interviews and testing, and supporting UX research as needed.
